Quotes and Pricing Accuracy
Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide, such as dumpster size, debris type, rental period, and delivery location. Final pricing may change if the actual load, weight, or conditions differ from what was described. We aim to explain all costs up front.
Rental Availability
Dumpster availability and delivery windows are subject to scheduling and are not guaranteed until confirmed. Same-day and next-day delivery are offered when available.
Payment

Debris Restrictions and Prohibited Materials
Only approved debris may be placed in the dumpster. Prohibited materials — including paint, chemicals, fuel, oil, batteries, tires, medical waste, asbestos, pesticides, and liquids — are never allowed. See our accepted & prohibited items guide. You are responsible for the contents of the container.
Weight Limits and Overweight Fees
Each dumpster includes a set weight allowance. Loads exceeding the limit may incur overweight charges based on local disposal rates. Heavy materials like concrete, brick, dirt, and shingles reach weight limits quickly.
Rental Period and Extra Days
Standard rental periods are provided at booking. Keeping the dumpster beyond the agreed period may result in additional daily charges. Contact us before your rental period ends to arrange extra time.
Placement and Property Access
You are responsible for providing clear, safe access to the drop-off location and for ensuring the placement area can support the container. Clear vehicles, low branches, wires, and gates before delivery. We are not responsible for pre-existing surface conditions where the dumpster is placed, though we take care during delivery and pickup.
Permits
Placing a dumpster on a street, alley, or public property may require a permit from the City of Las Cruces. Obtaining any required permit is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations and Changes
Please notify us as early as possible to cancel or reschedule. If you need to cancel or reschedule a delivery, please call us as early as possible. Any cancellation or trip-charge terms are explained when you book. Call (575) 201-7406 with any questions.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Desert Valley Dumpster Rentals is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
